Founded in 1630, Boston, the capital of Massachusetts, is one of America’s most interesting cities. A city on the water, Boston has been a great seaport and maritime center.

Boston is the educational capital of America. Harvard College, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston College, Boston University, Emerson University, Tufts University, the list is almost endless. You should find time to tour these beautiful and stimulating campuses.

Boston is a city of sports. The Boston Marathon, baseball, football, ice hockey and basketball are all worth seeing. And if you like to ski, you’ll find excellent opportunities not too far the city. Don’t forget fishing, tennis, golf, and water sports.

If you like to eat, then Boston is the place for you. You’ll find some of the best seafood in America in Boston. And in its numerous ethnic neighborhoods, you’ll find an endless variety of international dishes.
